akhirnya global rule selesai dirumuskan...
mgkn agak sepihak, olh krn it silahkan berkomentar ttg global rule di sini...

Boleh menggunakan tag [IMG] alias hot linking.
Dimensi gambar bebas tapi wajar.
Size file gambar tidak lebih dari 85KB.
Jangan menggunakan lebih dari 1 gambar (kalau bisa gunakan file *.gif ato *.png).
Dilarang memakai gambar Hentai, Explicit Guro, dan Disturbing sebagai avatar maupun signature.
- sedangkan kalo mau upload avatar ada tulisan:
Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width cannot exceed 150 pixels, the height cannot exceed 200 pixels, and the file size cannot be higher than 64 KB.
